Just play it windowed. Full screen is overrated.
If you're on Steam, right-click the game in your library, go to Properties > Launch Options, and type '-fullscreen'. Works like a charm!
Easy-peasy! Just go to the game files, find 'vampire.exe', right-click, Properties > Compatibility tab, and check the 'Disable display scaling on high DPI settings' box. Boom! Full screen!
