Facebook doesn't allow you to merge two accounts directly, but you can download the data from one and transfer it to your primary account. Then, deactivate the other one.
Just deactivate one of your accounts. It's easier and avoids a lot of hassle.
I've had this same issue. Ended up keeping one for professional use and the other for personal stuff. Simplifies things a bit!
