Easiest way? Once you're in a match, hit 'Tab' to bring up the squad menu. Find the annoyingly chatty teammate's name, click on the little speaker icon next to it to mute. Boom, peace and quiet!

If you find yourself constantly wanting to mute teammates, maybe consider playing with friends or finding a regular squad. The game's way more fun with a good team vibe.

Honestly, just ask them to be quiet first. Sometimes people don't realize they're being loud. If that doesn't work, then yeah, mute them through the squad menu.
