Opening packs in Pokemon TCG Online is pretty straightforward! First, you got to make sure you're logged into your account. Then, head over to the 'Collection' section on the menu. You'll find your unopened packs there under the 'Packs' tab. Just click on a pack and hit the 'Open Pack' button. Voila! You get to see what awesome cards you've got.
