Easy peasy! Just go to your profile, click on 'Photos', pick the photo you want gone, click on the three dots (…), and choose 'Delete photo'. Done!
Deleting a photo? Just click on the photo, go to 'Options', and then 'Delete This Photo'. Super straightforward!
From my experience, you simply find the photo on your timeline, click on it, select 'Options', and hit 'Delete This Photo'.
