To retire in BitLife, you just need to age up until you hit a retirement-triggering age, usually around 65. Afterwards, simply go to the Occupation tab and choose the 'Retire' option!

Just keep aging up until you can retire. Once you hit around 65, go to Occupation > Retire. Enjoy your golden years!

I've retired many characters in BitLife! Just keep aging up till about 65, then hit up the Occupation tab and choose 'Retire.' You'll finally have all that free time to enjoy!
