Just mute the Operator by sliding the 'Operator Transmissions Volume' in the audio settings to 0. Silence is golden!

You can tone down the Operator's chatter by going to Options > Audio and setting the 'Operator Transmissions Volume' slider to zero. Really shuts them up!
