How do I turn off friend request on Facebook?
You can't completely turn off friend requests, but you can limit them! Go to Settings > Privacy > 'How People Find and Contact You', and then set 'Who can send you friend requests?' to 'Friends of friends'.

Just set 'Who can send you friend requests?' to 'Friends of friends' in your privacy settings.
You can’t turn them off entirely. But hey, setting them to 'Friends of friends' is the next best thing!
