I once spent a whole afternoon over this! If you're on Windows, search it in the Windows Search Bar, then right-click and select 'Uninstall'.
You can't actually uninstall it separately from Office apps in some setups. Annoying, I know.
Just a heads-up: if it's a part of the Office suite, you'll need to remove Office entirely to get rid of Skype for Business. So, keep that in mind!
