Just equip the Iridium Rod and right-click the tackle onto it. Easy peasy.

First things first, ya gotta have a fishing rod that can actually handle tackle. That means upgrading from that basic bamboo pole to either the Fiberglass Rod or the Iridium Rod. The Fiberglass lets you attach bait while the Iridium Rod can hold both bait and tackle. Once you've got one of those, open your inventory, right-click on the tackle, and then click on your rod. Bam! Tackle attached. Now go catch some fish!

Honestly, I didn't bother with tackle until I was deep into the game. But it's a game changer once you do! Open your inventory, grab the tackle with a right-click, and pop it onto your Iridium or Fiberglass Rod. Makes fishing a lot more interesting with the different effects each tackle has.

If you're a Stardew Valley player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
