Epic Games doesn't allow V-Buck gifting. The best way is to buy a physical or digital gift card and share the code!

You can't directly gift V-Bucks in Fortnite. Instead, you can gift in-game items from the Item Shop or purchase a V-Bucks gift card and give that to your friend.

I've gifted my friends V-Bucks by buying V-Bucks gift cards from retailers and giving them the code. Works like a charm!
