How do you disable Facebook?

I did this last month: go to Settings & Privacy, hit Settings, then Your Facebook Information. Select Deactivation or Deletion and you're done!
If you need a break from Facebook, head to Settings & Privacy > Settings > Your Facebook Information. There you can deactivate your account temporarily or delete it permanently!
Just delete the app from your phone. Simple as that.
