I managed to arrange a marriage by taking my partner on numerous dates until the relationship bar was full. After that, I proposed with a fancy ring - success!
Keep working on your relationship meter and then pop the question under the 'Love' tab. Easy peasy!
You can propose to your partner by selecting the 'Love' option under the Relationships tab and then choosing 'Propose'. Make sure you're in a good relationship and have a decent bank balance!
