Tbh, just wait for the surrogacy option to pop up under 'Activities.' Keep your health up and make sure you're over 21. That's it!
Easy peasy! Go to the 'Activities' tab, find the 'Surrogacy' option, and make sure you're in good health and above 21 years old!
From my experience, you gotta be a healthy adult female. Check the 'Activities' tab regularly. Eventually, the option to be a surrogate will appear.
