Unlike the rest of us mortals, Warframes don鈥檛 blink. But if you mean teleport, the Operator's Dash does the trick!
Use your Operator's Void Dash by pressing 'Ctrl' and then 'Space'. It's a neat trick to dodge or get somewhere faster!
Just in case you were hoping for a Warframe with real eyes that blink... sorry to disappoint, but you're stuck with helmets and cool masks.
