To call Chop in GTA 5, first, you gotta make sure you're playing as Franklin. Then, just look for the dog symbol on your map - that's Chop's location. Go over to him, and you'll have options to interact, including walking him. No special button to press, just get near Chop and follow the prompt!

Lol, calling Chop is easier than calling in sick to work. Just be Franklin and walk over to him. The game does the rest.
