Easy peasy! Go to 'Settings' > 'Scope' and you'll see the 'Crosshair Color' option. Pick your fave color and you're good to go!

Been playing PUBG for years! Just hit up 'Settings', then 'Scope'. You'll find the 'Crosshair Color' option to change it. Took me a couple of tries to find it at first.
