How to Close Facebook Messenger
Ah, closing Facebook Messenger can be a bit tricky sometimes! On Android, tap and hold the Messenger app icon, then drag it to 'App Info' and hit 'Force Stop'. On iOS, swipe up from the bottom of your screen, find Messenger, and swipe it upwards to close.

Just swipe it away on your phone's recent apps screen. Easy peasy and super effective!
Once, I couldn't figure this out myself. But then I realized all I had to do was swipe Messenger away or force close it from settings. It's a lifesaver for conserving battery!
