Head over to the Epic Games website, log in, and find the 'General' tab in Account Settings. Scroll down and click 'Request Account Delete.' Follow the steps in the email they send you!

I deleted my Fortnite account last year. Just logged into the Epic Games site, navigated to Account Settings, and found the delete option under General. Took about 5 minutes!
