Dodging punches in GTA 5 is all about timing! When you're in a fistfight, wait for your opponent to throw a punch. Right then, press the dodge button (on PlayStation, it's Square; on Xbox, it's X) and move the left stick in any direction. If you time it right, you'll perform a slick dodge and can counterattack with a punch of your own. Practice makes perfect, so don't worry if you miss it a few times!
