Good news! In Sword Art Online: Fatal Bullet, you can dual wield once you reach level 22 and have completed the optional quest 'Subtilizer' to unlock the ability.
Dual wielding in the original Sword Art Online anime isn't something most players can do, it's more of an exclusive skill for the protagonist, Kirito.
