To dunk in NBA 2K17, hold down the R2 button (PS4) or RT button (Xbox) while driving towards the basket and then press the shoot button (Square on PS4, X on Xbox). Timing is key!

From my experience, use the right stick while holding turbo for more control over the type of dunk you perform!
