As a seasoned BitLife player, I’ve found the best way is through the Mind & Body activities. Select the Mediterranean diet, and you're good to go!

Just hit up the Mind & Body section under Activities, then select the Mediterranean diet. Easy peasy!

To eat Mediterranean food in BitLife, go to the Activities tab, click on 'Mind & Body,' then select the 'Meditation' option and choose Mediterranean diet from the list.

You can't actually eat specific foods in BitLife. You can only choose the type of diet.

If you're a BitLife player looking for extra currency or other power-ups, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

Two of those prizes are the official App Store and Play Store gift cards, which you can win and use to get anything you want in BitLife essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
