Amps are pretty simple: just visit a vendor in Cetus or Fortuna, buy one, then equip it on your Operator through the Arsenal. Done and done.
To equip Amps in Warframe, you first need to visit The Quills or Vox Solaris at Cetus or Fortuna. Then, go to the Arsenal, select your Operator, and choose the Amp under the Weapons tab. Easy peasy!
Take it from me, make sure you have Operator Mode unlocked first. Visit The Quills in Cetus or Vox Solaris in Fortuna to purchase an Amp. Once you've got it, equip it through your Operator's loadout in the Arsenal. Happy hunting!
