Super easy! Just use the formula PE = mgh. Grab the mass (m), gravitational acceleration (g, usually 9.8 m/s^2 on Earth), and height (h). Multiply 'em together, and voila, potential energy!

You need the mass of the object, the gravitational acceleration, and the height it's at. Multiply those together using PE=mgh. Math can be fun when it means understanding the universe!

Potential energy? mgh. That's it.

As a physics teacher, I've helped numerous students with this. Just remember mgh: mass, gravity, height. Once you have those, potential energy is a piece of cake!
