To snag a Voodoo Doll in Terraria, you gotta dive into the Underworld and hunt down some Voodoo Demons. They're the ones carrying Guide Voodoo Dolls. Not your average demon, so keep an eye out for the one holding a little doll. Defeat it and bam, the doll is yours. Careful though, dropping the doll in lava summons the Wall of Flesh boss!

Easiest way? Get yourself some decent gear and head to the Underworld. Look for Voodoo Demons, they're kinda like the regular demons but with a Voodoo Doll. Kill them, and you'll get the doll. Be warned, accidentally summoning the Wall of Flesh by dropping the doll in lava is a surefire way to have a bad time if you're not ready.
