How do you get Franklin a girlfriend on GTA 5?
Lol, sorry to break it to ya, but Franklin can't officially get a girlfriend in GTA 5. The game doesn't have a mechanic for dating like in some of the past GTA games. However, you can still have a lot of fun hanging out in Los Santos, hitting up bars, and living that single life to the fullest.

No girlfriends for Franklin, but hey, who needs a girlfriend when you have a dog as cool as Chop? Franklin's got his hands full anyways with all the chaos in Los Santos.
You can't. Franklin's love life isn't something you can control in GTA 5. He's forever single in the game, so focus on those heists and missions instead!
