Go to settings, then graphics, and change the colorblind mode to 'Deuteranopia' or 'Protanopia'. Boom! Green blood for you!

I've done it! Go to settings > graphics > colorblind mode and select either 'Deuteranopia' or 'Protanopia'. Enjoy the green!
