How Do You Get Instinct in Blox Fruits?
To get Instinct (also known as Observation Haki) in Blox Fruits, you need to be at least level 300 and find the Lord of Destruction, Usopp, in the Upper Yard of Skylands. Talk to him and complete his quest by bringing him 5,000,000 Beli and 5,000 experience points.
