You get Saber by completing the Saber Expert quest: find buttons around Jungle Island, get the torch, light the torch, and get the relic. Then, use the relic to open the door and fight the Saber Expert.
I've got Saber myself. You gotta do the Saber Expert quest, where you press buttons around Jungle Island, solve puzzles, and finally beat the Saber Expert. Took me a while, but worth it.
