All you need to do is reset your character! Just click on the ‘Reset’ button in the menu, and you’ll shrink back to your tiny self.
The easiest way is to rebirth. When you rebirth, you start over and get small again, but you keep some perks.
If you don't want to reset or rebirth, just stop weight training and let other players beat you up a bit. You'll shrink naturally over time.
