Just keep breaking out of prison! I've done it鈥攅scaped like five times, and BAM! Houdini ribbon! But make sure you don鈥檛 get caught too often after escaping.

You can always try the easy prisons first and work your way up. Escape at least three times, and you should snag that Houdini ribbon.
