Easy peasy! To get Wisp parts, you'll need to farm the Ropalolyst on Jupiter. Each time you defeat this big baddie, it can drop Wisp’s Neuroptics, Systems, or Chassis. Keep at it – she’s worth it!

From my experience, defeating the Ropalolyst roughly 20 times got me all the Wisp parts. Patience and RNGesus, my friend!
