How do you get to the True Lab in Undertale?
First, finish the Neutral ending, then go to Alphys’ lab. The True Lab opens up when you get a call telling you to meet Alphys.

You need to be on the True Pacifist route! After you complete the Neutral route, reload your save file and head back to Alphys’ lab. Follow the new instructions to enter the True Lab.
Just beat the game once and the game will guide you. Trust me, you can't miss it if you're on the True Pacifist route.
If you haven't befriended Undyne and Papyrus, you won't get to the True Lab! Make sure to hang out with them before finishing the game.
