Honestly, all that rarity stuff is overhyped. Just collect the Pokemon you like!

Spotting rare Pokemon cards can be quite the thrill! First off, check the bottom right corner of the card for a small symbol. A circle means common, a diamond denotes an uncommon card, and a star signifies it's rare. For the super rare finds, look for a star H or three stars, which means you've hit the jackpot with a super or ultra-rare card! Another tip is to look out for holographic cards, as they are usually rarer than their non-holo counterparts. And don't forget about promo cards, which are given out during special events or with certain purchases - these can also be quite rare and valuable!

Simply look for the star symbol on the card, bro. Stars mean rare. Easy peasy.

If you're a Pokemon TCG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of Pokemon cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
