To level up your Aura in Blox Fruits, you need to deal damage to NPCs and bosses with either a melee weapon or a sword while having your Aura activated. The more damage you deal, the faster your Aura levels up!
Use melee or sword attacks while Aura is active. Do it a lot.
From my experience, just keep battling bosses and stronger NPCs with Aura active. It'll level up over time as you deal more damage. Hitting the grind pays off!
