Just starve CJ! Seriously, if you don't eat for a few days in-game, you'll start to see that muscle mass dropping. It's the quickest way to slim down.

Why would you wanna lose muscle in the game anyway? Being buff helps in fights!

Don't listen to them, just play the game normally, and you'll eventually find yourself losing muscle if you're not actively trying to build it up. It's all about how you spend your in-game time.

Losing muscle in GTA San Andreas is easier than you might think. All you gotta do is avoid exercising and engaging in physical activities like running or swimming. Just like in real life, if you don't use it, you lose it. Spend your in-game time chilling, driving around, and resisting the urge to sprint or swim. Your character's muscle mass will decrease over time.

If you're a Grand Theft Auto player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
