To make a flower, you can't really 'craft' one. You have to find them in the game world. Look around grassy fields, you'll see them popping up.

You can't actually make flowers in Infinity Craft. Look for them in different biomes instead.

As someone who's spent way too much time in Infinity Craft, I can tell you flowers aren't crafted. They're found. Just roam around!
