From personal experience, those special chests can be real tricky. Had to farm keys for ages! Make sure you're geared up for some fights if you're after the loot in the locked ones. The keys drop from specific enemies, so patience is key (pun intended).
Just click it, lol. But srsly, make sure Skeletron is toast first.
