Get the Blast Furnace up and running! Use your Dragon Tears from Moder and some stone, iron, and surtling cores to build it. Easy peasy!

First, defeat Moder to get Dragon Tears. Then use those to craft an Artisan Table. After that, you can build a Blast Furnace to smelt the Black Metal Scrap.
