To refill Mr. Handy's health in Fallout Shelter, you don't have the option to directly heal him like your Dwellers. Mr. Handy can only be healed by destroying and then repairing him. This means you have to wait for him to 'die' from taking too much damage. Once that happens, you can repair Mr. Handy for a certain amount of caps, and he'll be as good as new!
