Visit your Orbiter, open the Relic Refinement console, select a relic, and use Void Traces to refine it from Intact to Radiant.
To refine a Void Relic, head to your Orbiter, access the Relic Refinement console, select your relic, and choose the desired refinement level: Intact, Exceptional, Flawless, or Radiant. You'll need Void Traces for this, so start farming!
Speaking from experience, you'll want to farm Void Traces first. Then, at your Orbiter's Relic Refinement console, select the relic you want to refine and choose your desired level. It's straightforward once you get the hang of it!
You don't need to refine relics – just farm more missions and you'll eventually get what you need.
