To rest in State of Decay, switch to a different character and let the tired one sleep! Easy peasy, zombie squeezy!
You can't rest in State of Decay like it's a hotel, folks. Just change characters and give your tired buddies a break!
Once a character is tired, switch to another survivor from your community. The tired character will automatically rest and recover.
From my gameplay experience, rotating between characters is the best way to keep everyone well-rested. Keeps the whole squad in fighting shape!
