You can't directly sell blueprints in Warframe, but you can trade them with other players in the trading post! Just find a buyer and set up a trade. Easy peasy!

To sell blueprints, head to Maroo's Bazaar or any trading relay and advertise your blueprints in the chat. Make sure you're not trying to sell something untradable though!
You don't actually sell blueprints, you trade them with other players. Hit up the Trading Post in your clan dojo.
Blueprints can only be traded, not sold outright. Find buyers in trading relays or use Warframe trading websites to arrange deals.
