You can't actually sell items to Baro. Instead, you trade him Ducats and Credits for his exclusive items. Get those Ducats by selling Prime parts at any Relay's Ducat Kiosk.
Baro doesn't buy your stuff! Sell your Prime junk at the Ducat Kiosk and then buy his fancy goods.
Been playing for years! Just dismantle your Prime parts at the Kiosk to get Ducats. Then go wild with Baro's rare finds every two weeks.
