Just press F3 + F8, click 'disable console' to enable it, then use the command 'spawn sub cyclops'. Piece of cake!

To spawn a Cyclops in Subnautica, open the console with the '~' key (PC) or by pressing L1+R1+X+Triangle on PS4 (similar combos for other consoles). Then type 'spawn sub cyclops' and voila, your Cyclops will appear!
