To split bullets in PUBG Mobile, just open your inventory, tap on the ammo, and drag the slider to choose the amount you want to drop.

You can't. Sorry to be blunt, but PUBG Mobile doesn't have a specific feature for splitting bullets like some other games.

I do this all the time. Open your inventory, tap on the ammo pack, and use the slider to select how many you want to drop.
