To take the Queens Shield in Warframe, you need to complete the War Within quest. Once you get to the boss fight with the Queen, use your Operator's Void Dash to break her shield. After breaking it, you can finish her off with your Warframe.

Just go full ninja with your Operator's Void Dash during The War Within quest. Pew pew โ€“ shield's gone!

Oh man, forgot my operator once while fighting the Queen. Let's just say it was a bad day for my Warframe.

You gotta use your Operator's Void powers during the War Within quest to break her shield. No Operator, no shield break โ€“ simple as that!

Remember to use Void Dash with your Operator when fighting the Queen in The War Within quest. It's the key to breaking that pesky shield.
