You can't directly disable comments on your personal posts, but in groups, admins can turn off comments. On a post, click the three dots and select 'Turn Off Commenting'.
If you wanna turn off comments on a post, you'll need to change your audience settings. Just set it to 'Only Me' and voilà! No one can comment.
I had the same issue. Unfortunately, there's no direct way to turn off comments on your personal profile posts, but tweaking privacy settings helps.
