You can unlock some characters through in-game progress, like completing the story mode. Others, you’ll need to purchase as DLC. Gotta love a bit of both!

Just buy the character passes or individual DLCs from the store. It's the most straightforward way.

I unlocked a bunch by grinding through Treasure Battles. It's tedious but rewarding if you’ve got the time!
